Brandon Burnett -- 24-Mar-2013 01:21:14 pm -- people are animals too. they have the same instincts as other animals but have advanced ways of acting on their instincts. That being said, if 2 kids were raised together of different cultures (the race thing is overdone at this point) one will eventually act like the other, eat the same food and whatnot. If you were to separate the 2 kids and put them back in their own culture they would eventually remold into their own culture. just depends on who you are around. I bet if that cheetah was back in the wild for a couple years it wouldn't think twice about making a dog a tasty snack.
Jake Bowman -- 24-Mar-2013 12:57:27 pm -- karlene the reason humans fight like we do is the same reason animals in the wild fight.... for dominance and to be the "alpha male" if you will... the reason these two get along is because they have been forced to live together much like a brother and sister but if they were complete strangers (like 99.9% of the people in the world are) they would fight to the death like we do to show is the stronger being.
Dexter MMighty -- 22-Mar-2013 01:07:06 pm -- bro's for life.
Jamie Burke -- 22-Mar-2013 10:37:15 am -- I think people do get it, its just there is alot of us so there's probably going to be a few that don't, plus we also have religion, which doesn't really help.
Jacqueline Sherlock -- 19-Nov-2012 05:06:29 am -- Quite simply, animals have a different type of brain to us. They are incapable of reasoning. The basis for their brain function is instinct. These two animals would instinctively be enemies purely because of their species. They are only "friends" because they have been raised together and trained to get along. Sorry, but this is nothing to do with racism or lack of it. Add to that the fact that the Cheetah is pretty much "dog-like" in its behaviour, and you can soon see how they both might think they are actually the same species.
Kelly Guyton -- 19-Sep-2012 12:50:14 am -- Awww that's so precious!
Lauraa Higgins -- 08-Sep-2012 01:21:57 pm -- Pretty sure this is in Busch Gardens. The dog was there when I was in June. :)
Kristen Ann Van Atter -- 05-Sep-2012 04:48:28 pm -- Awh just amazing!
Eugene King -- 02-Sep-2012 02:24:50 am -- no way! wow
Matilda Stevenson -- 25-Aug-2012 10:27:37 pm -- love has no limmets.
Julia Gifted Curse Garmany -- 04-Aug-2012 02:41:10 am -- Anyone else notice that there's a cheetah plush toy and not a dog? I think I know who the favorite was...
Matthew Gilbert -- 03-Aug-2012 11:16:56 pm -- Wait, what? Animals "GET IT"? A dog and cat, 2 completely different species, getting along has nothing to do with culture or any of that sort. Heck, they even grew up together. The top picture kinda makes me think the dog was a pup at the time, so hadn't been "taught" by other dogs to show aggression towards cats.. then again it might just be one of those genuinely soft and calm natured dogs :P
Aiotee 'Sunshine' Osinibi -- 02-Aug-2012 12:11:56 pm -- no offence, but if they didn't grow up together I'm pretty sure that dog would be cat food. lol... And to karlene, I know what you mean but I honestly don't think animals get it either, a zebra next to a lion is just food.
Michael Ludwigs -- 02-Aug-2012 08:39:01 am -- I don't get what karlene meant with "get it" but I have a feeling it has something to do with racism....if so then YES why don't humans Get it? otherwise...D'aww :3
Chris K Bell -- 01-Aug-2012 03:18:07 am -- Amen Karlene.. It's not that hard.
Karlene Eva -- 31-Jul-2012 11:31:17 pm -- Can somebody PLEASE explain to me why animals GET IT and people don't? No diversity, multiculturalism, or affirmative action policy brochure says more than these 3 pictures do.
