60% it's the whole pick a door thing... you take A/D that's a 50% shot, which makes B the right answer... but you pick B that's only a 25% chance so you take the longshot as it's more likley to be right (Also multiple question papers C is more commonly the correct anser.)
It's 25% because the original correct answer is 25% but since their are two 25% the answer is actually 50% which their is only one of so the answer is A or D.
