In the door, you can see her arm, and part of her leg. Aside from just plain "looking real" you can tell that both the grainy texture and lighting seen throughout the picture are maintained, undistorted, in her breasts. There is a blue streak in the window as well, but it is definitely not her dress because her face is reflected from profile in the window at such an angle that you can just barely see the top of her shoulders. It's probably just a partial reflection of the window on the other side of the vehicle. Not. Photoshopped.
