It's "Rolf Van Os" at the Dutch Supercar challenge in 2006. Due to a penalty for not having a qualifying lap set, he had to start from the back of the grid. I think it was 3 different classes and that is why he have it easy in the begining for overtaking the slower cars. The car is BMW 320 E36 STW with about 280HP in the engine, straight cut gears in the gearbox making some noice ;)
It's not just skill. He has a faster, more powerful car. In those type of races. They have multiple classes of cars all racing at the same time. and the faster ones start in the back.
