actualy the gas there using is sulfur hexafluoride which is 10 times denser then air. you can breath it in and its the opiset to helium so your voice goes really low pitch.
It's probably Argon gas. Like Helium it is a Noble gas but with a high molecular weight. It is kind of like Helium in another way. You can use it to change your voice with the opposite effect- Instant Darth Vader. But be careful, if since it is heavier than air it will want to stay in your lungs and will make you light headed-QUICK. You should not do the Vader voice more than once or twice a day and you might need to breath bent over to aid the Argon in flowing(like water) out of your lungs. If you want to do this for a party trick or class demo, Argon is available at most industrial gas supplies for a little bit more than helium. Have fun and Be Careful.
