I think why this is remarkable is that in countries like The U.S. and Canada this is not common place as the truck manufacturers here put their chassis like this one in an offset stack on a large flatbed trailer or on a flatbed train car to be delivered to the body manufacturers
I saw a column of these in Guatemala a couple of years ago, driving the the proverbial Bats out of Hell. A couple of Kilometeres down the road I saw why: The column of trucks had just mowed down a funeral procession in a small village, and killed 14 Guatemalan Indigenous people. There was no investigation, even though, a liscense plate tied the trucks to a Truck dealer in Huehuetenango, who was also governor of the state. They are Just Chasis, being delivered to coachbuilders.
