This is from the Canadian show "Just Like Mom", and the host is named Fergie Olver (that is the correct spelling). The show lasted 5 years, from 1980-1985. He also was an announcer for the Toronto Blue Jays from 1981-1996, covering games on CTV, TSN, and BBS.
