You ignore the call or walk out of class and answer it, the fact that it wasn't on vibrate/silent is already pretty rude because your phone ringing just interrupted the professor. That being said though, I still don't think what the professor did was entirely necessarily. Guy was rude as hell, professor arguably overreacted.
