I lost over 30 pounds in three months by simply snacking on Triscuits and eating balanced sensible meals. Nothing magical, just eat the suggested serving size or even a few more as mid morning, mid afternoon and evening snacks. Of course you cannot pile cheese, dips or other fattening stuff on them and actually with the various flavored Triscuits you won't need to.
