Justin Kelly -- 16-Jun-2012 08:17:32 pm -- This guy is being logical.. This system is a bunch of bullshit.. We shouldn't have to get pulled over for no reason..
Mike McRorie -- 13-May-2012 07:08:57 am -- Taser............................... If I was the cop, Ida probably been laughing hysterically.
Oswaldo Angulo Pozzo -- 05-May-2012 04:02:03 am -- these things happen because citizens do not support politicians who criminalize acts each time more everyday, the cop just doing his job, but the city is totally upset with the system, these things have I lived, not as strong, but when I'm thinking that the system wants to fuck you, get angry and much!
Ernest Murphy -- 22-Apr-2012 01:10:28 pm -- Do you wonder why traffic police are a bit edgy?
im sorry dude but your high! "an excellent example of a driver exercising his right to freedom of speech?" thats bs! that guy was a total D bag, i mean as if cops dont already have a hard enough job to do, on top of the little respect most people give them! to me that was a perfect example of a dude that should of been arrested. if i was that cop i would or arrested that guy, because he clearly wasn't in the right state of mind to be driving. its people like him that drive off pissed and end up crashing into a family mini van and killing several people! that guy was completely out of line and should of had to deal with more consequences. as for the cop however i am very impressed with the way he kept his composure, he would be a good role model for most cops.
Well the first 1/2 sounds right... the second part sounds like ant gun which is kinda the reasons the 1st Amendment turned into a state of mind that people have the right to defend ourselves with deadly for if needed, regardless to what you liberals think. Yea good cop, he did what he was supposed to what if he got a attitude... oh sorry all cops are perfect BULL@#$$^. AL look at the name... Kind hope you get a jerk cop.
I would have arrested his ass, that cop has one hell of a patience level... LOL... I on the other hand would have beat him down and then let him on his way.. What can I say I've worked at Wal-mart for 16 years now, dealing with assholes all day long, If I were a cop and could take out my frustrations on an asshole well I would take that opportunity...
This was an excellent example of a driver exercising his right to freedom of speech, protected under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, and a police officer who respects the driver’s rights. Unfortunately, some police officers will use “Disturbing the Peace” as an excuse to make an arrest. However, in this situation, I don’t think that would have been a proper charge. The driver did not threaten or hit the officer, but he did obey the police officer’s command to pick up the paper from the ground, which gave the officer an opportunity to observe and see if the driver loses his balance as he moved about. Interestingly, in some law enforcement agencies, new recruits have to undergo an assessment to measure their temperament while dealing with belligerent people (usually, senior officers). I’m sure many law enforcement agencies across the country will use this video for training purposes.
that is not fair the cop should of kicked hes ass ,like the cop shoudnt even let him talk but the cop was 2 nice and i love the part he says theres ne more dollar here and when he said bye
Boo hoo hoo dav1129, you got a ticket and now you have to spout on about governments and tickets. Well again, boo hoo hoo. This guy wasn't targeted the cop was doing his job and you just don't like it. How about you just follow the rules of the road like the rest of us? Now ponder this. Conceal and carry gun laws. If this guy had a gun in his state of mind there could have been a dead cop on the road that day. I'm glad the camera caught you running a light and now maybe you won't kill any pedestrians the next time you speed through town.
the cop might have been cool, reasonable etc. and the motorist might have be sad, or pitiful or what ever but I am with the motorist NOT the system, which sees honest motorists targeted for minor traffic offences to bank roll governments which control their spending instead targeting harden criminals for more serious offences because they know that honest citizens they will pay the fines.
it is well known in Australia for example, that Governments raise hundreds of millions of dollars from red light and speeding cameras and that those cameras are set up at a threshold to maximise the revenue. I got a $157 fine for going through an intersection at 66, the difference on the speedometer is almost undetectable and the difference at the pedal.
This helicopter pilot balances his craft on a road railing to let off an emergency physician after a car accident in Norway. Truly impressive piloting ...
