Jordan Clouse -- 23-Dec-2012 12:51:52 pm -- Is it just me, or is this species of Owl really, really creepy?
Efren Aguilar -- 01-Oct-2012 02:19:40 am -- Aww I want one.
It sure is a real owl, tamed, surely cared for by humans, the white veil is its third eyelid, like cats most birds (if not all) have a third eyelid. Most tame birds enjoy a good head scratch! Sweeet!
thats not true the owl wanted more attention and believed if it held still it would get some more ive raised birds my whole life its true they have dif. personalities but if a bird likes u it will hold still like that especially if being scratched like that feels good
its a motion sensored anamatronic. if you notice, the eyes are too personified. and note that the bird is completely still when the woman backs away. as for the beginning footage of the owl jumping from limb to limb, its a real owl. i imagine you can buy the same kind of anamotronic owl in the country to which its native. its a good replica though. wish i knew what kind of owl it was
