Brazil was not "founded" by the Portuguese, it was colonized by the Portuguese. I like to believe Brazil was always there.

Latin people normally refers to Latin American citizens, Latin America includes the countries that speak Romance tongues: catalan, spanish, portuguese, etc.... So yes, Brazil is included as most part of the American continent in what is called Latin People.
Brazilian people speak Portuguese which is the language of Portugal. Brazil was founded by Portuguese people. Portugal is part of the Iberian Peninsula along with Spain. Spanish people are considered Latin as are Portuguese people. This would lead me to the conclusion that Brazilian people are consider Latin. Sorry, Latino but, Latina would not imply that she speaks Spanish.
I am very familiar with Latin or Hispanic people and their music and dances. Thats not a latin lady nor a latin dance. She is Brazilian and so is that droning repetative music. I think she speaks Portuguese, so she is probably not Latina (Spanish speaker). Nice butt though.
