What can I expect if I work with a personal trainer? I've been here since day 1; I will tell you right now the number 1 thing that I think is good for the club is it has a really good atmosphere. I'd be been way training for forty years, I actually trained for the trainers that trained here. I like to think it part of my influence, has been good for the trainers as a whole and I think that helps the club. We have people who are competitors here that do body building and figure competitions we also have people who just want to get in shape. We have athletes and it think the members really are big influence on how good of a club this is, because it's friendly, there is families here, but there's also people here who really want to get in shape who are supportive of each other, who's bad each other and there's no social network if you will going out here and that why I like this gym. So that's why I've been training here over 10 years. Another thing that I've learned after doing this for so long is people come to the gym, and all I know is they're gonna come here and they're gonna get sweaty are they gonna get out of breath, and they think that this gonna help them be fitter and it doesn't mean that they're gonna be more fit just because they get here and that's where trainer come here. The number 1 thing that I think our trainer should be doing is help that person build muscle because everything good comes from that. Speeds up your metabolism, helps you get leaner, helps you get stronger, helps your posture all those good things helps you heals faster you. All those good things that I have learned and I think its good that we help our clients reach their same goals.
