No, they were not. He was blaring them at first to warn highway traffic, when he turned and made the right going down the street he did not have any sirens on. He didn't use the siren until last second when the car in front started to turn, so John is correct. The cop was at fault. He was speeding to get to a call and should have left his sirens on while driving the entire, but failed to do so.

I think they will find the cop at fault there. Even with lights and sirens they still need to be careful and make sure people see them. This is why they still stop at intersections even when all traffic has stopped for them.

Cop was at Fault.. He was Driving Silent.. Not everyone looks in there Rear view Mirror at all times.. When the Cop car is at high speed his Siren is to be on at all times. Cops lights where on but not siren the whole way down the road, then He Blair's the Siren and Horn Right before he hits the car.. Stupid ass cop.
