This is why they have pull slips for the switcher and also why the lights on the shipping doors. Why was a driver pulling that away from the door? The switcher should have moved it. A good way to get killed. This was not ENTIRELY the driver's fault. He should have gone inside to see if the trailer was safe to be pulled out.
The truck driver is a fucking jerkoff...lol. Rule of thumb to dock workers...that's why they put those trailer locks on the dock so you can lock the trailer to the dock door until it is finished being loaded/unloaded.
