For more workouts check out: - http://www.dualfit.com Training Tips: Rest for only 15-30 seconds rest between exercises. For increasing strength and muscle size, increase weight each round. For fat loss and toning, keep weight moderate and decrease rest. Complete the following 6 exercises for 3 rounds: 1st Round: 15 reps each 2nd Round: 12 reps each 3rd Round: 10 reps each Push Ups Focus: chest, arms and core Bent-over Row Focus: back, arms and core Shoulder Press Focus: shoulders and core Overhead Alternating Lunges Focus: glutes, legs and core Single Leg Deadlift Focus: hamstrings, glutes, low back and core 15 Weighted Crunches Focus: abdominals and core Repeat 3 Rounds (15 reps, 12 reps, then 10 reps)
