After delivering your Crystal Report via email, use Read Receipts to track the email's delivery and read confirmation. This ensures that your automated Crystal Report has been read and received. If your scheduled Crystal Report has not been received in a specified amount of time, CRD will can execute Business Process Automation (BPA) tasks. Read receipts is another great feature that combines Crystal Report Automation and Business Process Management enabling you to better manage and schedule Crystal Reports.
